Science, Industry & Economy
The Charter tells you how the Union is governed. It does not tell you how it is fed, moved, powered, paid, or cured. This domain covers the material realm: the industries that built the polities, the science done in them, the railways and airframes that connect them, and the money and work that run through the whole thing. It is the least ceremonial part of the wiki and, on any ordinary day, the part that matters most.
The setting gives the economy its own contours. There is a Royal American Reserve and an American Pound, not a dollar and a Fed; the March of Arizona’s test ranges made the desert a centre of aerospace; and a monarchy that never became a republic industrialised on its own terms, with a labour history shaped by the Rights Act rather than around it.
How it’s organized
- Industry: the sectors that define the polities: manufacturing, mining and copper, energy, agriculture, technology.
- Science and medicine: research, invention, public health, and the institutions that do them.
- Transport: the railways that stitched the continent, aviation and aerospace, ports and shipping.
- Money and work: the American Pound and the Royal American Reserve, the great companies, trade, and the labour movement.
What will live here
Newly opened. Planned pieces include the realm’s railways, its aerospace industry, major companies and sectors, and the labour movement. The existing American Pound and Salt River Project already sit at the edge of this domain. Written plain and concrete, how the world works, not what it means.
